Payroll Manager

In this module, we offer complete solutions to the processing, managing and reporting payment of salaries, gratuities allowances and compensations of any kind at any organization. Monthly, bank, journal, reconciliation, end-year and statutory reports are all available. The system further integrates to all standard applications e.g. accounting, sacco, banking softwares etc.

• Cheque printing for those being paid by cheque. The first cheque number is specified then the system goes printing the name of the Payee, the cheque number in an increasing order, and the netpay due to the employee.
• Journals for the general ledger. Interface of the journal to the General ledger is also possible.
• Unlimited reports. The system further has a report generator that can be used to define reports that are not available in the system.
• Photographs
• Annualization – i.e. spreading of tax through the year
• User definable payment periods (e.g. weekly, daily, monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Interface to Electronic Data Interchange formats e.g. Paynet, SFI etc
• Loan tracking and computation of interest either on principal, reducing balance or on periodical basis

• Unlimited references e.g. PIN, NSSF, NHIF, Co-op Membership, Pension Scheme, Medical Cover etc. For references like Passport, Alien and ID Numbers, the system further tracks down the issue date, expiry, city of issue and country of issue.
• Overtime and absenteeism can be computed based on hrs:min basis e.g. 3hrs 43min instead of rounding off to the nearest.
• The system interfaces automatically to excel and can therefore report any transaction directly to excel without producing a text file from payroll that is then imported to excel.
