  • Payroll Manager – In this module, we offer complete solutions to the processing, managing and reporting payment of salaries, gratuities allowances and compensations of any kind at any organization. Monthly, bank, journal, reconciliation, end-year and statutory reports are all available. The system further integrates to all standard applications e.g. accounting, sacco, banking softwares etc.more
  • Personnel Manager – If you have a large workforce, you do appreciate that keeping physical personal files for each and every employee can be hectic and more so when information has to be filed or retrieved. We have come up with a personnel system that will ensure this becomes a thing of the past.

    This module permits the management of employees’ personnel bio data (Next of kin, beneficiaries, attributes, achievements, events, memos, education back ground, contact details etc), Job management, Assessment Management, Asset Allocation Management etc. Related reports are also available.more
  • Time & Attendance Manager – Offers a wide range of features available in a Work-force system. It enables communications with data collection devices e.g. clocking gadgets, supports employee work shifts, delivers hours and wages data to staff supervisors and interfaces to a wide range of payroll and absence & leave application software systems. This module is tailored according to the customer’s requirement and the clocking gadget available on site.

  • Recruitment Manager – Enables an organization to define applicants’ bio data, education background, job history, referees, vacant positions in the organization etc. The system then sieves depending on the criteria defined and produces a list of applicants who meet the criteria and hence interviewed for any of the vacant positions. This is crucial particularly for those organizations who keep data banks for applicants so that when needed in future, they don’t have to advertise.
  • Absence and Leave Manager – Here is yet another challenge facing a manufacturing company.

    It is against the company policies to deduct absenteeism from an employee’s income. This company employs a clocking system that reports lateness to the minute. There is this employee, let’s call him John, who lost 21 minutes this week. The following week he lost 14 minutes. By the end of the month John has lost a total of 48 minutes. This is not negligible for any employer in business because he knows time is money. You don’t have a system that is able to recover 48 minutes from an employee’s accrued leave to date.
    Assuming the company policies permit the 48 minutes be recovered from his salary, most organizations will round off this figure to ¾ of an hour or ½ of an hour.

    Used to manage different types of leave within an organization e.g. leave taken, accruals and balances. It also has a leave history tracking procedure by producing leave statements on monthly basis. Accrual rates are also user defined for different types of employees e.g. two days per month, two and a half days per month etc. The system can also prorate specified types leave to the lowest level like per minute basis e.g. when someone commences unpaid leave/suspension during a month, accrual of annual leave is only for the few days he was at work.
    Leave schedules can be defined. The system also accommodates those types of leave that do expire.
  • Training Manager – Maria has just taken up a new job and she realizes some of her best managers and employees become poor performers when they are stressed out. She has 2 options - to give them memos, or find a lasting solution to this problem. She has already identified a need - All be taken for courses on stress and time management.

    Has the ability to capture information relating to a course e.g. description, contents, subjects, objectives, and duration, the number of trainees each session can hold, minimum number of trainees/seats required for training course to take place, schedules from each institution etc. A budget analysis of each course e.g. cost of accommodation, transport costs, training costs etc against the actuals can also be done and the causes of the variances captured. Training needs can also be defined. Since the requirements differ from one customer to another, this module is customized depending on the customer’s requirements.
  • Medical Manager- For managing medical scheme within an organization. The system is able to produce claims, listings of those who have reached/exceeded medical limits, authorized medical institutions, doctors, services, chemists, dependants, premiums per dependant, keep medical records etc. The system further checks the limits for each employee and alerts when the limit is exceeded. Different clients differ in their requirements and therefore this module is also tailored accordingly.
  • Yield/Trace-ability Manager- This is irresistible! It’s only fair if we share it. A leading fish-processing plant has employed casual labourers on shift basis. At the end of any given shift, all the casuals are paid equally. However, he is not sure who of the casuals are productive and who aren’t. He also knows that human beings being human beings, some of his casuals work more than others yet they all earn equal per shift. The situation is made worse when his products go into the market. Some of his customers may call complaining about packaging, that instead of 1kg, the fish weighs 800grams. He has no way of knowing who in particular packed the fish. So ends up blaming the entire section of packaging that worked on that shift.

    This batch-driven module is used to manage employee’s output on a shift/daily basis particularly in production sectors involved in flower, meat, fish/sea foods, fertilizers, seed, textile etc processing. As opposed to a daily wage, here employees earn per output per shift (e.g. per stem for flower firms, per weight for fish and meat firms, per garment for textile processing firms etc). Trace-ability is also enhanced particularly in cases where tracking of who did what at which stage of production on which day/shift is needed. Raw materials are also utilized because of trace-ability and hence minimal wastage. Most reports from this module forms input for payroll, invoicing, suppliers and customer care systems.
  • Sacco Manager:
    • Transaction’s Manager - Offers complete solutions to the processing, managing and reporting of shares (whether through check off or cash deposits), dividends, all types of loans (Development, emergency, school fees, instant etc), 3rd party vendors (Gas cookers, driving schools, hire purchase items etc) and cash borrowing. The system further integrates to all standard payroll applications for end month deduction from members; and also accounting softwares for any further analysis. Monthly and quarterly statements, journals, spreadsheets are some of the many reports available in the system.
    • General Ledger – The General Ledger module has the flexibility that meets the current financial management requirements of any Sacco. Daily transactions that take place in the day to day running of the Sacco are captured in the system as journal entries. At the end of any given period, the system will be able to analyze and report accordingly. Standard reports like trial balance, balance sheet and Surplus and Loss Account are available in the system.
